All International Chili Society chili cooks are required to please make a minimum of TWO gallons of People’s Choice chili each day!
While we realize that is not much to ask for and it is required and expected. Plus, if you make more, you will be automatically entered into the “Last Cook Standing” award at the end of the day. Remember, the more you make the better your chances are of winning the coveted Peoples Choice award! So….please make as much as you can.
